STAGE 3

In this stage I have used similar exposure techniques to the other stages to produce photographs inspired by the work of David Lebe. Instead of creating random swirls of light, I have outlined different structures using a torch. To do this, I used an ISO of 100 and a shutter speed of up to 30 seconds.

After experimenting with different times of the day, the best photos seemed to be produced between 16:00 to 16:30 as the lighting proved to be best suited at these times. I also attempted moving the light at different speeds to see which produces a better image, as when I moved it too fast the line would be too faint. After a while of trying out all these different techniques, I eventually managed to find the perfect routine which I kept consistent throughout the rest of my photoshoot.
